Hey, I’m Carrie

You don’t need to tidy the chaos before you ask for help.

Hi, I’m Carrie. I help small business owners get organised, create capacity and deliver a brilliant client experience without having to do everything themselves.

One of the biggest barriers I hear is feeling like you need to work out exactly what to delegate before you can get support. I think that’s backwards. Figuring out what’s taking your time, what could come off your plate and how to hand it over can be part of the support.

Rough notes, voice notes, screenshots and “I know what I mean but I have no idea how to explain it” are all perfectly valid starting points.

What’s inside

Twenty-four ticks. A much clearer picture.

Tick everything that feels true today, add up your score and see what your answers are telling you. There are no wrong answers and no pressure to be “ready enough”.

Look at your time and headspace

Work through three short sections covering your time, what you’re holding in your head and how ready you feel to hand things over.

See what your score is telling you

Your result will help you judge whether things feel manageable, whether there’s something worth handing over or whether it’s probably time to get some help.

Find a sensible place to start

You’ll get practical delegation ideas and space to note the first three things you’d genuinely love someone else to deal with.

This might sound familiar

You’re keeping everything going, but it’s taking more from you than you’d like.

  • You regularly work evenings or weekends just to keep up.
  • Your to-do list follows you around and rarely feels finished.
  • You spend more time than you’d like on admin and routine tasks.
  • Your business relies on you remembering far too many small details.
  • Important follow-ups, opportunities or little jobs sometimes slip through the gaps.
  • There are tasks you’d happily stop doing if you trusted someone else with them.

You do not need a perfect handover. Start with what’s happening now, what’s annoying you and what you wish was different. The detail can be worked out together.
